Anti-government demonstrators have successfully entered Government House after two days of clashes with security forces.
Police have removed their barriers near Chamai Maruchet Bridge and scaled back their forces, allowing protesters to enter the Government House premises.
Demonstrators have marched into the premise and listened to speeches given by their core leaders. The mob is reportedly moving back to Ratchadamnoen Avenue to re-group. The Government House is now left under the care of the Royal Thai Army.
For the past two days, anti-government activists, seeking to storm the Government House, ripped down barriers outside the official building. In response, police have used tear gas to disperse the crowd, resulting in massive clashes.
