A magical fairytale that takes one through the adventures of a brave young girl, scored the Oscar award in the best animated feature film category

Frozen,  directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, the 3D Disney musical defeated Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud’s long awaited Despicable Me 2, The Wind Rises, Ernest & Celestine and The Croods to win the Oscar. Loosely based upon Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen, Frozen tells the story of princess Elsa, who due to her icy magical powers decides to lead a life of isolation from the fears of hurting her sister Anna.  But when the kingdom suffers eternal winters a determined Anna, who still loves her sister, sets off a journey by climbing through the snow-clad mountains to track Elsa down and reverse the spell.

In her pursuit, Anna is joined by a talking snowman Olaf and Kristoff (Jonathan Groff), an ice dealer.  The movie offers captivating visuals, melodious songs, and a happy ending.  Frozen song Let it go was also nominated for the Best Original Song at the Oscars.
