The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Trang Tourism Council are holding a seminar on professional tourism management in advance of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), scheduled to commence next year.
The director TAT’s Trang branch, Chaiwat Charoensuk, said the seminar aims to transfer knowledge and experience about marketing and management by experts. In addition, this is a stage to exchange opinions among tourism business operators in the province.
He also stated that the seminar follows TAT’s plan to enhance strategic partnerships concerning tourism marketing.
The TAT aims to build relationships with partnership networks in the tourism industry and to prepare for foreign competitiveness after entering the AEC.
