“Thailand BIG+BIH 2013” is currently being held at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) as over 82,000 visitors are expected during the 5-day event.
The Bangkok International Gift Fair 2013 and Bangkok International Houseware Fair 2013 or known as “Thailand BIG+BIH 2013” has kicked off at BITEC, with Deputy Commerce Minister Yanyong Phuangrach presiding over the opening ceremony. This event is held under the concept of “ASEAN Lift + Style”, with an aim to showcase Thailand’s potential and readiness to become ASEAN leader in modern lifestyle and design.
The event is organized under the cooperation between the Department of International Trade Promotion and the Thai Lifestyle Products Federation (TLPF). Over 1,000 companies as well as business operators from 80 countries around the world are joining the fair.
Deputy Minister Yanyong said more than 82,000 visitors are expected to show up during the 5-day event, while anticipating that the cash flow will be as high as 900 million baht.
The “Thailand BIG+BIH 2013” will be held until October 23rd at BITEC.
