Khaosan Road reopens after renovation in time to celebrate Halloween
Bangkok Gov. Aswin Kwanmuang said that Khaosan Road will reopen with a Halloween party, with Loy Krathong and New Year’s events to follow in order to stimulate travel and spending in the fourth quarter of the pandemic struck year.

Put on a scary-sexy costume and join the fun. Vendors will operate 240 stalls from 9am to midnight on Oct. 31, with stalls changing at 4pm. City Hall has campaigned in recent years to makeover this world-famous tourist destination. It says 280 legacy vendors will be returning alongside 200 new sellers offering local products, rotating every two months.

Instead of the colorful scene the road is famous for, all vendor stalls will now be the same color, with cultural events planned for the rebuilt road.
