Squashing all rumours about her rivalry with Aishwarya Rai, Sushmita Sen has suggested that she is ready to work with Ash.
While the news that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s come back film will be adman Prahlad Kakkar’s directorial debut Happy Newyear is doing the rounds, the unknown part of it was Sushmita was the one who was supposedly approached first for the role.
A leading publication quoted Sushmita as saying, “Aishwarya, I am looking forward to working with you! The truth is that Prahlad, Ash and I go back a long way… to our (1994) beauty pageant days. I’ve never known her well enough to call her a friend. But I think she is a great human being. In those days, our lives ran parallel. Later, we chose different paths. But there was no rivalry. I live my life loving people.”
Aishwarya and Abhishek, the real life couple will be seen in Happy NewYear after the birth of their daughter Aaradhya, as her comeback movie.
