Tri services inquiry ordered into helicopter crash: Rajnath Singh
Tri services inquiry has been ordered by the IAF headed by Air Marshal Manvendra Singh, Air Officer Commanding in Chief Training Command to investigate the fatal helicopter crash, said Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday. The inquiry team reached Wellington yesterday itself and started the investigation, he added.
The country lost 13 top defense officials including CDS General Bipin Rawat in the deadly crash. The only survivor of the accident, Captain Varun Singh is on life support and efforts are being made to treat him at the earliest, said Singh.
