Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia, India’s Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, led India’s delegation to the 68th annual Commission session of UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia Pacific (UN-ESCAP), Ministerial segment of which is being held in Bangkok on May 21-23, 2012.
During the Commission session, India was also elected to Governing Councils of APCICT and UNAPCAEM in elections held on May 21.
Minister Scindia also interacted with Senior officials of Thai Ministry of Commerce, representatives of Indian Companies in Thailand and Thai companies present in India, various Chambers of Commerce etc during a luncheon hosted by Mr. Anil Wadhwa, Ambassador of India, in his honour.
